This is a 150-minute presentation by Khurram Ali Shafique, taking you through selected clips of the movie Ishara (1969), as a tool for experiencing Iqbal’s concept of ‘khudi’. The movie was written, produced and directed by Waheed Murad, who also featured in the lead role. The presentation was first made in 2009, and since then it has been offered in many universities in Pakistan and abroad, as well as online.
